Guest Posted December 27, 2009 Share Posted December 27, 2009 I am having problems with orders not showing in the admin area under orders or not being sent out to me by email. The only way that I know that some one has ordered something is when I get and email from paypal with the total cost amount. I have no idea of what the person ordered. I have check under the persons name in the admin ares but it shows no orders. Anybody have any idea of what is happening? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
FIMBLE Posted December 27, 2009 Share Posted December 27, 2009 i would imagine that PayPal is not redirecting your customer back to your store and therefore the DBase is not getting updated with an order so no emails are being sent.
