Admin Login page "isn't redirecting properly" after adding Administration Access Level Accounts 2.0

first post & OSC newbie. I had put this under "installation" for 2.x - don't know who'll see it there. Sorry.

 

I have a "hot-rodded" osc 2.2x installed and rockin'. Just needed to add Admin permissions so we can sign up other admins with less rights, so they can do fulfillment duties, but not change anything.

 

Installed Administration Access Level Accounts 2.0 (2.3.4) by hand, so as not to trash the other contribs I put in.

 

I cannot even GET to my Admin page to login - it's stuck in a redirect loop. I get these errors (below).

 

Where do I look; what do I do?

.htaccess rewrites (is in ROOT dir.) - there are NO active osCommerce .htaccess files:

 

(all my URL rewrites - making "MYDOMAIN" to "http://www.MYDOMAIN.com) are commented OUT.
