upgrraded to php 5 and now get no place to enter in payment information

I upgraded an old oscommerce installation to php 5

now when we go to purchase on the site

we see

Payment Method

This is currently the only payment method available to use on this order.

 

WE ONLY TAKE VISA, AMERICAN EXPRESS AND MASTERCARD AT THIS POINT.

 

 

Pay by credit card

 

but there is no place to enter in credit card information and it lets the user purchase with no payment.

 

Does anyone know what fix is needed here?

simply check the payment modules (are they installed and enabled), as I never had problem when I migrated from php4 to 5.

I see my payment module okay for authorize.net - paypal is not letting me edit details.

and i dont' see any in the frontend asking for the credit card information
