New product from multiple txt file in a large zip file.

Hi, first I'd like to thanks you all for your contribution to this really cool website. I've looked many threads to find what I'm looking but i did'nt fint out so if you can refer me a thread that contains what I need it would be really appreciated.

 

I need a scritp that would update my database everyday using multiple txt file and images sended in a zip file via ftp. Each txt file is a column of the database and it need to transcrit it for my database and write it over to keep it updated. I don't know if its possible but it would be great...
