Guest Posted December 22, 2009 Share Posted December 22, 2009 Hi, I'm having an urgent problem with our OsVCommerce installation. I've tried changing the Tax Rate inside Locations / Tax Rates, to 17.5% instead of the current 15%, however the prices of the products are not updating! The option "Show prices with tax" is enabled (set to True) so does anyone know why this would be happening? Is there another places where this is being set? Guest Posted December 22, 2009 Share Posted December 22, 2009 I've found that the VAT is being added manually in all the files, by multiplying the price by 1.15 - no idea why this is being done! However I can't find where the Delivery charge is being set- I've looked through the Tax and Shipping areas in the control panel and it diesn't seem to be anywhere.
