Linkpoint doesn't record all the transactions - but they do show up in OSC as an order

I installed linkpoint add on last week.

 

This morning I realized that we are not getting paid for some orders.

The order is processed in OSC.

The order is order does NOT show up anywhere in Linkpoint.

 

I also noticed that when this happens, the Payment Method in OSC shows up as: "linkpoint_api"

Orders that actually get recorded in OSC show up as "Secure Credit Card Transaction"

 

I'm stumped - and I need help fast. Seems like about 1 out of 4 orders are like this.
