looking to take a small image and on mouseover

Hi I cant figure this out maybe someone can help me

 

Im looking for java or php to include in the index page for a small image and on mouseoner bigger image. I have it working with the buttons but I cant for the life of me figure this one out. I know it simple but I guess its the simple stuff thats kills us.

 

Id like to put it in the includes/lang/eng/index file if i can

sorry forgot this, it also has to go to a filename for a link to a page within the store,

 

kinda like what is on the main page for tmobi le
