satyr37 Posted December 20, 2009 Posted December 20, 2009 I'm trying to select an SEO contribution to use, except even just looking at 'Ultimate SEO URL's' there seems to be so many forks, it's overwhelming. Eg FWL's version, version 2.8, version 2.2.d5, version 1.2, as well as contributions that don't have name "ultimate" in them. I guess I also need to know what I should be looking for, what is probably best for my site (ezpcstart dot com), and all that considering that at the thin edge of the wedge SEO is probably a black art? I guess I could do with a robust comprehensive SEO contribution. But nothing too fancy, or iffy. Especially not something that will annoy the search engines with too many requests or something like that. At the same time, it's not the complication of the install that daunts me (not yet), but rather the choices of contributions to choose from. Nevertheless I will try the advanced fancy stuff much later if/when I myself become a bit of a 'guru' at SEO. I have not yet set up an account for the above site with Google Webmaster Tools yet, though I have done so for much simpler sites (under 10 pages of static html). I was hoping to do that after I installed an SEO contribution. I have however read the Google Search Engine Optimiser Guide document. What should I be looking for when picking an SEO contribution?
