Xpajun
I learnt yesterday to backup my tables every time before I deleted old orders  The other day, because I wanted to get a accurate reading of my sales, I went through and deleted all the orders I had that had gone stale (most I suspect originated from customers wanting to access shipping prices) anyway one wasn't :o this one was someone having a few problems with the banking system, and yesterday sent me a email to ask me for some banking information - suddenly I was in panic as I realised that I had deleted his order, a frantic search of the last back up I made showed it was done before the order was placed. Took me ages to find the confirmation email as it was in another language and had not got into the correct folder, but I found it and then from that rebuilt his order in the tables B) Must have wasted a good 2 or 3 hours on that one   My store is currently running Phoenix 1.0.3.0 I'm currently working on 1.0.7.2 and hope to get it live before 1.0.8.0 arrives (maybe 🙄 ) I used to have a list of add-ons here but I've found that with the ones that supporters of Phoenix get any other add-ons are not really neccessary

burt
The FTP client that I use has a "quick menu" which has the download and delete items right next to each other. I learned not to use that quick menu anymore...ahem.
