As for contribution database it's located here! 8 people out of 10 don't bother to read installation manuals. I can recommend: if you can't read the installation manual, don't bother to install any contribution yourself. Before installing contribution or editing/updating/deleting any files, do the full backup, it will save to you & everyone here on the forum time to fix your issues. So, I was hoping that someone would have already thought of something like this, so that the customers can get a reminder email, but also be able to address any issues they might of had during the checkout process...I hope that the Oscommerce Contribution Gods will create something like this :) I have the unsold cart contribution, so I can see when someone has an unsold cart, and I could send emails individually, but who has time time to do that these days!
