OScommerce returning error from paypal

After the payment is successfully processed via paypal I see this in OSCommerce:

PayPal IPN Verified [Completed (Verified; $1,656.47); PayPal transaction value (1656.47) does not match order value (1,656.47)]

1 x Product

Sub-Total: $1,599.00

United Parcel Service (1 pkg x 35 lbs total): $57.47

Total: $1,656.47

In Paypal this is what I see

Product $1.599,00

Item total: $1.599,00

Shipping and handling: $57,24

Total: $1.656,47 USD

So it seems pretty logical that because it's an Italian Paypal account and in Europe the comma and decimal signs are used in exactly the opposite way as in the US (look at the totals above) and that mismatch is causing the error.

Would anyone know where and how I could fix this?

Thanks.

$0.23 difference in shipping, simply check the shipping module code.

Sub-Total: $1,599.00 == Product $1.599,00 - No difference

Total: $1,656.47 == Total: $1.656,47 USD - No difference

Man I was I happy thinking that's what it was but alas it was a careless cut and paste.

The totals match up. If there was a mismatch of values I don't believe the payment would process at all but it does and I'm positive that it's the comma/decimal point issue.

Thank you for responding.

I continue to have this same problem.

And while I'm here I'll ask how to get rid of the (1x26 lbs total) as well...I just want to show the billed dimensional weight.
