I am wondering if OsCommerce 2.2/3.0 supports a model, where I have one product database, which is used by 2-3 different online webshops, each with different domain-name, but residing on same server? thanks..

There is also the multi-store contribution that is meant for this, though I don't know how well supported it is. You may want to check that first.
