I tried to install Complete Reviews System (Admin) 1.5.3 on my site. After i did everything i tried to see what it looks like from my admin but i got a mysql syntax error. So i decided to restore the backup files. I replaced with the original files (that i had before to install Complete Reviews System (Admin) 1.5.3).

those files are:

1. admin/reviews.php

2. admin/includes/functions/html_output.php

3. admin/includes/functions/general.php

4. admin/includes/configure.php

5. includes/languages/english.php (or other language)

The problem is that now when I'm trying to enter to my admin panel, ex: http://www.website.com/admin/ I'm redirected to the customer login page ex: http://www.website.com/login.php

How can i do this admin to work again?

Why is not working, because i replaced the files with the original files.

Please help!

If you take care when u install things they work, if your lakidasical they don't, & if you try to revert & put shop side files in admin, nothing works!

Do things carefully & triple check & you'll get a lot further!!

PS your error was as you failed to apply the sql, if you don't bothyer to follow all instruction how can you expect it to work!!

I installed a lot on contributions, this is not the first one! I did the operation to install this review contribution (step by step).

I've tried to access the admin panel by entering the address ex:

http://www.website/admin/index.php - this page redirects me to the http://www.website/login.php

or

http://www.website/admin/login.php - this page is showing me a blank page

I'm confused. I've checked also the permissions of those files:

1. admin/reviews.php - 644

2. admin/includes/functions/html_output.php - 644

3. admin/includes/functions/general.php - 644

4. admin/includes/configure.php - 777

5. includes/languages/english.php (or other language) - 644

Right now I'm thinking if it is not a transfer type problem, I'm using Fille Zilla, and the transfer type is set to AUTO

Still trying to solve the problem but any help will be appreciated!

Thanks!
