Apparent non-existant Account system

We are going through the process of adding OS Commerce to our first site, everything appears to be going well so far except for the client account system.

 

The total package has been loaded, SSL installed etc, products and prices added, then we check the 'log yourself in', 'create an account' and 'my account' buttons and our reply to all is "Internet Explorer Cannot Display the Webpage".

 

The files for /login.php /account.php and /create-account.php have all been uploaded so we are now at a total loss as to where to go and what is going wrong.

 

The only thing we have not added as yet is the payment gateway, but this is a stand alone system with it's own security system, so this should not influence the account system.

 

We would really appreciate it if someone could point us in the right direction.
