Admin : Modules and the Modules displayed name mismatched

Dear all,

 

i encountered a strainge problem while keep install add on program. pls help if you got any idea.

 

from admin-->Modules ----> paymment , shipping, order, sts..

 

when i click each fucntions, they all work fine, however, the displayed name was SAME "Database Backup Manager".

it only happened insides "Modules" . i try to rollback some add on, still cannot find out the problem. taking 1 day already, pls help.
