Image Positioning Need Help

now i got a problem in image position look here

at top you can see an atick learn more logo which has a link.. i cant align that on the table so i made it absolute.

you can see it aligned if you have a big monitor but if you dont you will see it going more left. thats my problem how can align it without bringing the other pictures down.. pls help i really have an limited knowledge on css and php

and also can you have some time opening it at mozilla you can see thats it totally ruined how can i make it appear the as as it was on IE how can i make it compatible?

Never mind my question Hspace and Vspace did the trick..
