almetuk Posted December 12, 2009 Posted December 12, 2009 I am using version 2.2. The customer sets up an account and it works. They place and order and it works. I then log in to the admin panel and I see their username and account all set up. The admin panel tells me what they have ordered, all that is fine. The customer then tries to log in again to make another order and is told:- "Error: No match for E-Mail Address and/or Password." So in desparation you then click on Forgotten Password and enter your email address and you receive the message:- Error: The E-Mail Address was not found in our records, please try again. So I log in to the Admin Panel and the account with username and the order history is there, so the account does exist. So I checked if it was working by using the admin panel to change the password. The account must exist because the admin panel lets me change the password. The customer can still not log in. So for my final test I decided to register again, using the same details and it sayas:- Your E-Mail Address already exists in our records - please log in with the e-mail address or create an account with a different address. Does anyone have any ideas?
