Duplicate Emails

Hey again,

 

Thanks for helping me on my previous problem. Got it sorted and the site is running, one thing I have noticed is when an email is sent from the website it is sent twice!!

 

I also noticed I dont receive an email when an order has been processed, the statuses are changing in the admin / orders section but I dont receive any information about the order.

 

Anyone know what this could be?
