When a customer places text in the comments box (ie. delivery instructions - please leave on front porch etc.), the text they enter appears in their order under Comments but ONLY if they pay using credit card. But if customer pays using Pay Pal, none of their delivery instructions are displayed in the comments box - comments box just says "PayPal IPN Verified [Completed (Unverified; $60.00)]" I then need to ring the customer to ask if they have any delivery instructions. It's a florist website so I need to ask what message would they like written on the card. The customer gets annoyed because they have already entered all of this it into the comments box - but its not coming up. Any help - advice would be much appreciated.
