cant send email order?help..

help me, after i install some add on, i realize that my email confirmation not function, so when customer order, they not get email, and when i update order, they aslo not get email, anyone can help me where is change?

 

when i try from contact us, it work proper, send email, and

for extra email for order, they aslo send email.

 

but for update order and user order why no email send? please.......

 

my seting email not cahnge, it work before

Did you backup your files prior to installing the update? The first thing I do is to restore the files that I changed. Then, in all likelihood I will find my errors when I reinstall the add-on again.

 

Undo what you did and start over. Just a suggestion.

the big problem.

what i doo is:

 

i use 2 web,

first on my localhost, second on internet online

when i add, add on, i intall firdt on localhost pc, if thet work, i upload to internet, that what i doo.

 

and i just mak ebackup 1 time, so if one addon fine, i overwite that.

 

and this email not function, .. idont know whict add on make it not function....

well, actually i install qtpro, ordereditor, flashquarel, etc.

this make me badmood, i already unistll and begin from start my last backup.

and its begin crazy again, cant send email to customer, but for extr aemail , its work fine
