Table shipping acting weird with weight

Hi

 

I would like to use the table shipping option.

I have set up the following in the admin part.

2.00:8.00,6.00:12.00,10.00:16.00

I have based all my weight is pounds, they are small articles so most are 0.10lb

There is no option in my shipping module to choose pounds or kilos

 

When I order 2 products that are both 0.10 pounds I get $12 shipping instead of $8

Anyone know what might be wrong?
