I have checked my database, I checked my customers file to make sure they had a ship to and billing address. But when I try to check out I continue to get this message. Can someone please guide me in the right direction? "An error occurred with the UPS shipping calculations. Missing Consignee Country If you prefer to use UPS as your shipping method, please contact the store owner." Thank you, Tuwanna
jigga1234 Posted December 10, 2009 Posted December 10, 2009 Does the Ups shipping caluculator recognise the country that you are trying to send it to? Is the country you are trying to send it to defined in your countries list?
