Site Monitor Bugs ?

Dear all,

 

i'm new to osc and i just tried site monitoring tool.and i found

 

1.

i can run it, seem wonderful, however if i modified the "sitemonitor_reference.php" ITSELF and

replace it, the app CANNOT detect the unauthorized modification.

the other files and directory is ok, the app can found out)

 

So if the hacker replaced the file. and do some bad things, he still can pass. any idea ?

 

i try to modify the ownner to root to all OSC files (excepted pub folders) and exec the app from Cron job seem more security, however, i need to manually adjust/modify the config file carefully.
