Elena1 Posted December 9, 2009 Posted December 9, 2009 It was very entertaining for some time ( to change this and that on osc) but not any more, i need help to do this: 1.remove blank space on the top of the page above the logo 2.on my product page i would like to have everything centered 3. on pages like 'about us', 'contact' ( i removed right and left column entirely) i have text spreading from one edge to other, and i wanted it to have white space on the right and left :( thank you a lot!!! The header is quite nice and I like the background teal color. The spacing of the paintings is nice, the generous empty space around them is nice. You must be the artist, and have applied this talent to your site. I would use a shadow 3 d effect on all your pictures, exactly like you did the 'Sugarbird' one. however, your buttons have a dark background, get something with a white background. (and maybe a more muted orange color) . Second, the pictures are loaded onto your website in an enormous size 1000 x 1237 px, yet you have downsized them for the website. You need to shrink the size before you upload them. This is going to really slow down the users page changes. Better yet, however, upload them that large or half that size, and use the large image for the 'click to enlarge' image. (You will still upload the identical image as a shrunken size for the page layout.) The quality and web preparation on your photography is really excellent, and I sure customers will appreciate being able to really get close to your paintings and see all that detail. And I see that you have been a member since 03, and it is just now you discovered how 'fun' it is to try and find stuff on OSCommerce? Jeebers, I discovered that 3 eyeglass prescriptions ago.
