Can not usps or table rate shipping to work

Ok, I'm in need of your help. I'm feeling alittle dumb at this point. I trying to go live when I realized that at checkout the shipping method is not showing. So I tried to see which one if any worked. The only one I found that works is flat rate which really not what I need or want to use. I would like to use USPS.

 

I have all my settings for USPS as follows:

 

Offer usps shipping: TRUE

 

Userid: (I've copied and pasted userid)

 

Password: (I've copied and pasted userid)

 

Handling Fee: Blank

 

Tax Class: None

 

Shipping Zone: None

 

Sort Order: 1

 

Then click update

 

Have I forgotten a step? :blush: If I had to, I could use table rate but I can't seem to get that to show up either. Please, any suggestions!!! This is so far the only thing keeping me from going "LIVE".
