SamyT Posted December 9, 2009 Posted December 9, 2009 Does anyone know how to fix this - our tax rate is very simple at 10% and yet it always calculates it to be 1c more than it should be, without fail. Any fix? The settings are the same as far as I can tell as our other site that doesn't have this problem so I am confused as all get out.

MrPhil Posted December 9, 2009 Posted December 9, 2009 Yeah, if you see individual items with tax, and sum them up, it's easy to come up with a slightly different number than if you summed up the pre-tax prices and applied the tax to that. Or even, that the individual items were rounded up or down for display, but added up at full precision. Is that what you're seeing? If not, can you give some concrete examples? Have you checked your tax rate figure to make sure it's not something like 10.001% or anything a little off like that?
