Raduzz Posted December 8, 2009 Share Posted December 8, 2009 hi. i am new here. os commerce is also new to me. i am developing automatic robot. i need my robot to read xml files. in these xmls are stroted products, which i would like to add to my eshop based on os commerce2.2. can you give me any advise? which OSCom. mysql tables i sould update? is there any tutorial for it? Have a look at the Easy Populate contribution which offers a method of populating the database from a csv file. This should give you some idea about the tables and fields and process involved in populating the database with products from a file. www.jyoshna.com. Currently using OsC with STS, Super Download Store, Categories Descriptons, Manufacturers Description, Individual Item Status, Infopages unlimited, Product Sort, Osplayer with flashmp3player, Product Tabs 2.1 with WebFx Tabpane and other bits and pieces including some I made myself.
