HOWTO change "Products in Category" String

I'm wanting to change the HEADING_TITLE string in english/default.php to include the name of the category. i wish it was as simple as adding:

%s or TABLE_CATEGORIES_DESCRIPTION

but it's not.

 

so, how can i go about doing this? also, where does the %s get changed for TABLE_HEADING_NEW_PRODUCTS there in english/default.php

There is a contribution called "Breadcrumb Trail Page title"

There is a contribution in the downloads area that allows you to do that and give you the option of a category description. It is called "Categories Description"
