I ship from the US to other states using a flat rate. how can I setup shipping so people outside the US will not see the rates for US residents and US residents will not see rates for international. Long story short; Is there an add-on that looks at the customer's country and gives my flat rate option for that country. there are several different mods that use zones, you need one that uses zones to setup for different countries, you can set you own zones based on countries/ counties, ie europe maybe a zone and you place all the countries in that zone so when a customer orders it takes the shipping zone as the country the item is being delivered to.
