But still hackers are able to place files in my root folder . this time i found "Aria cPanel cracker version" file added. How are they able to ftp files into my root and other folders. i change my password on a regular basis but makes no differerce. What backdoor methods are they using . I need to plug this hole up. help please.

My guess would be that you are on a shared server and that another account on this server has been hacked, from this hacked account they can attack any other accounts on the server regardless of your own personal security measures. If the above is the case the server techs need to be tracking down the originating account. I need to plug this hole up. help please. If you know when the file was planted, the server logs for that time period may provide clues to how they are able to do this. If you don't have access to them I'd bet the hosting company does. If I suggest you edit any file(s) make a backup first - I'm not perfect and neither are you. ♥kymation Posted December 5, 2009 Posted December 5, 2009 Your question contains the answer. "Aria cPanel cracker" means they have hacked your host's cPanel. Notify your host immediately.
