popstar Posted February 21, 2003 Share Posted February 21, 2003 Some items in my catalog do not show a "Buy Now" button when they are shown in category, but rather a "text box" that appears to be like a qty. box?? Any clue how to fix this? It seems it only happens on items that do not have any drop down options. Thanks! Good things happen to good people! Ajeh Posted February 21, 2003 Share Posted February 21, 2003 Sounds like you have one of my Add-ons like Attributes Sorter and Copier loaded. The products_listing.php is replaces with a new one that lets you enter in multiple quantities and hit the silver button at the bottom. If the product has attributes then the buy now button shows instead. If there are already things in the cart for something, the quantity will show next to the qty box. (The white box where the buy now button usually is) If you read the README.txt file you should find the information on this: New Multiple QTY Box on Product Listing:Thanks to Jeff - mouflon for getting me started on getting this one to work. product_listing.php now has individual Qty boxes on products without Attributes that can be entered all at the same time with one Add Selected Items to Cart button. If there are attributes, the buy_now button will be displayed, otherwise, the QTY box will be displayed. Based on Show Cart settings in the Admin, it will take you to the Shopping Cart after adding the Multiple Items.
