msunickb Posted December 2, 2009 Posted December 2, 2009 I've had an issue come up that seems to be happening every 5 or 6 orders on my site. I'm using the AJAX Attribute Manager which I like very much but it seems some orders are coming through with the selections left blank...or at least not displaying the selections on the order details. See link below. Example Order Details In the example above the product used has two different options...neither displays. akact Posted December 17, 2009 Posted December 17, 2009 No one has any ideas? I have had the same problem for almost a year now... I have even tried making the attributes server-side, but I still have orders that intermittently have missing attributes. I cannot duplicate the problem, so it is making it very difficult to troubleshoot! Any help is extremely appreciated! Quote
