msunickb Posted December 2, 2009 Posted December 2, 2009 I've searched and searched and have not been able to find anything useful...so I bring my issue to the community. :-) I have setup osCommerce and have had it running now for a couple of months with things working nearly flawlessly. The one major issue I have is that I (the administrator) only gets notified via email about orders 10% of the time...maybe less. Occasionally an email is sent and it functions as it should but the majority of the time the only way I see that an order is placed is by going into the admin area. Does anyone have any ideas why this may be happening so inconsistently? If I could get it to not work at all I'd probably have better luck but that it works occasionally has thrown be for a loop. The site can be seen at http://www.catholiccentralgear.com. Thanks in advance, Nick

So try to correlate if orders for some specific payment modules are reaching or is it in random there to. Also make sure Your email filter is not blocking the emails. Satish I've checked spam filters and tried different email addresses (tried multiple addresses at once and separately) and that doesn't appear to be the issue. The only payment module I'm using is PayPal Website Payments Standard. Not sure if that helps at all. As I was going through orders trying to figure out which orders were and which were not sending the email notification I had thought that my orders that were being shipped via USPS were not sending the email notification but upon further investigation that is not the case. I just don't have near as many of orders using that shipping method. Most have the pickup option selected. Also, I thought this may be helpful. Here are the additional contributions I'm using on the site: Store Pickup - http://addons.oscommerce.com/info/164 AJAX Attribute Mgr - http://addons.oscommerce.com/info/4063 I'm using a couple of custom reports in the admin as well like batch print, monthly reports, etc. but I don't think that would have anything to do with the email processing. Thanks again for the assistance. Nick
