uberstu3 Posted December 2, 2009 Posted December 2, 2009 Hi there, I have been having some trouble with the checkout process. As some, but not all users are attempting to checkout they are redirected to the login page. At this point the user types their username and password in and is redirected to the checkout where they find the cart is cleared and they are not in fact logged in. This cycle continues and there appears to be no solid solution, sometimes clearing cookies works, sometimes not. Is there anybody out there who knows a possible solution? Cheers.
