Having trouble with Image Manager

My hosting company, aplus.net, did an upgrade recently. Now when I want to load a new item to my store I can get the copy to go through but the image manager doesn't seem to work. It immediately asks for login in both boxes which I never had to do before. I login each box, then pick my image to load and name it and click upload. After a wait of 10-15 seconds, one box will ask for login again and after I login the other box will want login. I cannot get any photos uploaded. I can't get into the hosting company as they are always busy (I wonder why...) Any help would be appreciated. My site is http://www.pattyscollectibles-antiques.com
