problem with product options

Hallo.....

 

I have a problem with the product option in my site. The problem that a have is that when i put an option with or without price value it will display always +19,00EUR always what ever i put for value. I'm not so advance in php and i can not get the problem out . So if somebody can please help me out or tel me where to look for the problem .
