reciecup Posted November 30, 2009 Posted November 30, 2009 The download link does not appear after my customer makes a payment. At the bottom it just says " You may downloads your purchases here".....but there is no link. The link expiry date and limits show up fine, but there is never an actual link to click on to get to the file....Please help. I have ben trying to fix this issue for a couple of months now and I'm about ready to give up. :'( Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Have you placed the downloads in the same folder that you specified as the download folder in configure.php? www.jyoshna.com. Currently using OsC with STS, Super Download Store, Categories Descriptons, Manufacturers Description, Individual Item Status, Infopages unlimited, Product Sort, Osplayer with flashmp3player, Product Tabs 2.1 with WebFx Tabpane and other bits and pieces including some I made myself. satish Posted November 30, 2009 Posted November 30, 2009 For download link to be displayed there are few configuration that should be successful. 1)Payment status should be greater then the value set for download handling. 2)File should be at the needed location. 3)Expiry time. 4)Number of downloads allowed.
