ccgv and ultimate seo url

Hello,

 

I just installed ccgv trad and I have a problem with I think the url rewriting. When I click on a link emails sent from admin to validate a check, I'm supposed to be redirected to the page gv_redeem.php golds I've always referred to the index page.

I think it's ultimate seo url which is a problem because I installed the site on a subdomain to install and test the input and everything works well on the subdomain and the only difference between the two sites is that I disable url rewriting on it or it works.

I really do not know how to solve my problem
