Chinese doesnt show up properly in customer email

my site is in english/chinese.

search and advanced search in english or chinese is no problem at all.

And configuring language files like english.php

or other in the english folder and put chinese in there, they show up on the site fine too.

but in the contact_us.php

if customer put in chinese and submit send:

I will receive a email that's full of 𴴎𴴎𴴎𴴎

 

Please help, it is very necessary for them to put simplified chinese/traditional chinese there,

many teas does not have english names.

i dont have a QQ number, i have msn messenger tho.

 

btw i just noticed the chinese characters doesnt show up in invoice emails either, so on site they show up fine, but in emails they turn into𴴎𴴎𴴎𴴎.

And if i copy and paste these𴴎𴴎𴴎𴴎 into a post and post them in a forum they all show up fine again, why?

I have same problem,

My hotmail and yahoo email account show the email correctly while my website's own email account is showing strange symbols on reciever and subject of the email.

do you mean that is the receiver's email setting or there are a setting in OScommerce?
