how to change shipping costs per zip code

Hi Everyone,

 

I would like to have different shipping costs per zip code. My delivery area only covers 10 zip codes or so. 2 of the zip codes are free delivery and the rest i would like to charge $10. I have the shipping module installed and I have tried to add the zones in the 'standard shipping' area. I just can't seem to get the settings to take. Pls help
