Product Sets Issue

I've been configuring the product sets Contribution:

Version v3.5 r5

 

I'm not experiencing any errors however the configuration for this contribution is not appearing in my backend. According to documentation I should be seeing it at

Catalog >> Product Set

 

Obviously something is not quite right and I was wondering if anyone else had experience of this contribution and could offer any advice.
