Inventory Problem

For some reason, the stock is not subtracting when customers place an order. I have the setting correct, I believe..but not sure why it isn't subtracting. Any ideas?

 

Check stock level true

Subtract stock true

Allow Checkout false

Mark product out of stock Out of stock

Stock Re-order level 0
