henrywong10 Posted November 24, 2009 Posted November 24, 2009 Hi, I was thinking to use table rate for my online store and came out with weight shipping rate. between 0-500grams 8.95 500-1kg 15.95 1-5kg 19.95 So I entered 0.5:8.95,1:15.95,5:19.95 to the table rate setting. But, I did a number of testing, when goes to the checkout process ,shipping price always showing the hightest one which is $19.95. I was wondering why? Can anyone help me on this? Many thanks.

Guest Posted November 26, 2009 Posted November 26, 2009 I would have thought that your product weights are in grams; i.e 500 but your table rate is in kg's(i.e 0.5) so it will always be the highest rate. Check what you have in your products, maybe your table should be 500:8.95,1000:15.95,5000:19.95
