Pricing for Shipping NOT displaying on Account History Info page

Hello,

 

I just noticed today that on my Account History page, when you click to view a past order, the section near the shipping information is blank; the pricing is not displayed.

 

I tried a number of things but to no luck.

 

The shipping pricing information displays clearly on the "checkout confirmation" page, on the invoice that's emailed to the customer and on the admin end. No clue why it's only in the Account History Information page that the information is missing.

 

Does anyone have an idea on how to fix this?

 

My site is live so I need this fixed ASAP!
