I have tried my best but get totally lost mainly as I am unable to find the 'catalog' directory anywhere on my site / server. It will only appear if you installed the software into http://www.yourdomain.com/catalog MOST people (assuming they don't want people to immediately know what software they are using) do not install it in CATALOG but rather in the root directory. So I'd open the CATALOG folder within the archive of the affiliate software you downloaded and look for the IMAGES & INCLUDES folders. Once you find those then match it up via FTP on your website to the current IMAGES & INCLUDES folders. Once you match the two directory trees then you can copy everything over. Images -> Images Includes -> Includes Everything Affiliate* -> The main directory listing where you also find things like checkout_payment.php, checkout_success.php, index.php, etc...
