Cant add new products

Here is my file, i will get some pics to show what it does above Vendors Price(Base) it shows the admin home page as a pic, it is meant to be AJAX Attribute Manager i think, then under Products Weight:, i have the normal preview and cancal. But then i have the page before the edit page.
