I have found that this customer had two accounts under the same email address. I would imagine that this is the problem. But how can this happen? I tried to set up two accounts with the same email but it wont let me. So how are some customers managing it? On checking through all of our accounts I find there are many customers with multiple accounts with the same email address. So would I be right in saying that if they asked for the password to be reset the system would be confused when trying to log in? Anyone else had the same problem? Regards Garry

Regards Garry I too am having the same trouble, under OSCMax though, not OSCommerce. The root code is the same so if I find out why I am able to have multiple accounts for the same customer email I'' post the answer here... John :-#(#
