Multi & Simultaneous Currency Display

Is it possible to display multiple currencies on the same item page?

 

For example I want an item to display a GBP price and then have an up-to-date conversion of that price in USD and EUR next to it. This is so non-UK customers can get a general idea of what the converted price is. The only contribution I have found that does this requires a java script hosted on an third party host which is not what I want.

 

Are any contributions for this available? Can any one help implement this if not?

Second Currency (see My Addons) will do that but only for two currencies. It could be converted to work with three but it wouldn't be a simple change.
