Help me please guys. I am new to this OSC. Is there not a step by step tutorial to setting up my first shop? Where do I do all my changes and set up? Most of the other programs have a backend that I would log into and there I would continue with any changes and additions etc. Is this not the same or do I have to do everything in Dreamweaver or something like that?

I desperately need a starting point please.
