How to remove lines from category list

I want to remove the divider (separator) lines that separates the different category names in the category list. Been looking for the line of code. Probably looking right at me. Thanks for any help in advance

Thanks for the help. I would not have figured that one out. Just for anyone else who may use this you may want to edit the following line:

 

CHANGE

 

$categories_string .= '

';

 

TO:

 

$categories_string .= '<br><br>';

 

 

if you don't your category names will run together w/o any line breaks
